THE PROCESS

Assess
We check the paver type, existing sealer, and the state of the joints — loose sand means the pavers are shifting.

Clean
Pressure cleaned to strip algae, dirt, and the weeds growing in the joints.

Dry
Pavers have to be fully dry before sand and sealer — usually a day between visits.

Re-Sand
Joints refilled with polymeric sand, which hardens and locks the pavers in place.
05
Seal
Sealer applied — natural or color-enhancing, your call — to protect the sand and the surface.

Why re-sand the joints?
The sand is what holds pavers in place. Washing blows the old loose sand out, so refilling with polymeric sand — which hardens — is what keeps them from shifting and weeds from coming back.
Wet look or natural?
Your choice. Color-enhancing sealer gives the wet look and deepens the paver color; natural sealer protects without changing the appearance. We'll show you both on a corner.
How long does sealer last?
2–3 years in South Florida sun. Driveways wear faster than patios because of the tires.
