Spray & Wash has been owned and operated by the same family since 1992. From the start we prepared homes for other painters to paint — which is where you find out very quickly what each surface will take and what it won't.

We also cleaned roofs for the roofing companies. When they installed new tile or new shingle, we cleaned the rest of the roof so the older material would blend in with the new.

We work with homeowners who have code violations from the city for mildew and fungus growth on different areas of their property — roofs, awnings, exterior walls, driveways, sidewalks, wood gates and more. We make the cleaning process as simple as possible, and we offer extended payment options to help seniors facing code violations.

We're based in Fort Lauderdale, FL and cover South Florida from Delray Beach down to Miami Beach. We hold a 5.0 rating on Google, and most of our work comes from repeat customers and the HOAs and property managers who put us on a schedule.
