Cleaning solution applied and given time to work on the algae and mildew, rather than blasting at it.

Wash
Low pressure on stucco and painted surfaces, higher on concrete steps and walkways — the right tool for each surface.

Rinse & Check
Everything rinsed down properly rather than left to dry on, windows clear, plants flushed, and a walkaround with you.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Will it damage my stucco or paint?
Not the way we do it. Stucco and painted surfaces are cleaned at low pressure — the solution does the work, not the force — and then rinsed off properly instead of being left for the rain. High pressure is only used on concrete and pavers that can take it.
How often should I wash my house in South Florida?
Most homes benefit from a wash every year. Humidity and shade bring the green back faster here than anywhere else in the country.
Do I need to wash before painting?
Yes, always. Paint won't bond to a chalky, dirty, or mildewed surface — it peels within a season. A proper wash is the first step of any exterior paint job.
