Inspect
Travertine, sealed stone, and bare concrete take different approaches. We check what you have before starting.

Clear & Protect
Furniture moved, pool covered where runoff would reach it, plants shielded.

Treat
Mildew and algae get a solution applied and time to work — it's what makes the difference on porous stone.

Wash
Surface cleaned at the right pressure for the material. Travertine gets a gentler pass than concrete.
05
Rinse & Reset
Rinsed, furniture back in place, and the deck walked with you.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Is pressure washing safe on travertine?
Yes, at the right pressure — travertine is porous and softer than concrete, so we use a lower setting and let the cleaning solution do more of the work.
Can you clean the screen enclosure too?
Yes. The frames and the mesh both collect mildew. We wash them as part of the pool deck job.
My pool deck is slippery — will this fix it?
Usually the slipperiness is the algae, not the surface. Once it's gone the deck has its grip back. If it's still slick after cleaning, that's a sealer issue and we'll tell you.
