Coral Springs is planned communities, and that means HOAs with appearance standards. A lot of our work here comes from boards and property managers who want every driveway, sidewalk, and roof in a subdivision done on the same schedule so nothing stands out. No salt air this far inland, but plenty of tree cover — the oaks and the shade along the canals grow algae on roofs and driveways fast.
